A little about me
Straight out of high school I joined the military and spent over 8 years in the U.S. Army/National Guard with multiple deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After finishing my time in the military I was finally able to go back to school and bounced all over the country following opportunities as they presented themselves.
I found myself helping old friends from the military to troubleshoot or develop new products for the Mil/LEO industry. I enjoyed talking to people, getting their input and ideas and creating something that solved specific problems in the most efficient way possible. As I've often told people, I was doing CX/UX before I knew what CX/UX was!
I leveraged my softskills and research abilities to start gathing more information in more unique ways and finding more efficient ways to relay my findings without compromising their reliability. I thoroughly enjoy leading teams and running CX/UX projects because of the "never ending puzzle box" effect they present - as soon as we "solve" one challenge, we uncover another and do it all over again.
I am married and have two beautiful girls that keep me running when I'm off the clock. In the precious few moments between work and being a Dad and husband I enjoy playing with my two dogs, riding one of my motorcycles, or spending some time in the home gym.
